Visit and wine tasting: Otero Santín

Encima Wines es Bierzo experience, we welcome visitors and start the visit in one of our vineyards closest to the winery where we highlight the cultural and historical aspects of wine growing in El Bierzo; as well as commenting on the particularities of the main grape varieties we work with. We continue the visit reviewing the process of elaboration of our wines doing a tour around the winery; where it is included a visit to the room of deposits, barrels, bottler/labeler, etc.To finish the visit, we go to the upper floor of the facilities where you can enjoy the views offered by Molinaseca, as well as a tasting of products from El Bierzo (cheese, chorizo, cecina, etc.) and of course, three of our wines. The taste of the most traditional Bierzo, great for even the first enclosure, but with small surprises that make our wines are a Bierzo with a different touch. In this option they will be tasted:- Otero Santín Blanco (godello and doña blanca)- Otero Santín Rosado (Mencia and Palomino)- Otero Santín Red Crianza (Mencia)
