Eels 'Bilbaína' style.
Ingredients for 4 people 400 g of eels 5 cloves of garlic 1 chili pepper olive oil
Place a little olive oil in an earthenware dish and when it is hot, add the garlic, cut in thin slices. Fry and when it begins to brown, add the eels and the chili pepper cut in ringsStir with a wooden spoon and leave to cook for a minute.
Serve the eels in small preheated earthenware pots.
