    Ingredients for 4 people: 4 ray wings 2 tins of cooked peas 1 onion 6 cloves of garlic olive oil sweet paprika vinegar 8 potatoes

  • Preparation

    Cut the potato in slices with the onion and two cloves of crushed garlic. When everything is half cooked, add the ray cut into pieces. Fry the sliced garlic separately and, when it is ready, add a spoon of sweet paprika and the vinegar, . When it has all finished cooking, drain off nearly all the water and add the fried garlic and the peas. Heat and serve.
