Preparation
Fry the pieces of rabbit with the bay leaf, then add the onion, peppers and garlic. When the vegetable is poached, add the sliced potatoes, a spoonful of colorant and 1/2 glass of white wine, cover the potatoes with cold water. Cook slowly, when the potatoes are tender check the salt.
