Ingredients
Ingredients for 6 people: 250g of coarse millet flour 1l of milk 1 cinnamon stick or ground cinnamon the grated rind of 1 orange or lemon 1 spoonfuls of olive oil 100g of cane syrup 50g of raisins 100g of almonds salt.

Preparation
Put four cups of lightly salted warm water into a deep saucepan. Dissolve the millet flour in it together with the almonds and the other ingredients except the cane syrup and bring to the boil. Allow everything to simmer over a medium heat and continue stirring occasionally so it does not stick to the bottom until it is thick and perfectly cooked.

Presentation
Serve hot in cups or bowls. It is enjoyed together with cane syrup.
