  • Ingredients

    Ingredients: 3 cups of millet 1 cup of tomato 1 cup of breadcrumbs 2 onions 2 peppers 1 litre of milk soy sauce water cumin butter salt

  • Preparation

    Put a spoon of butter in a pot together with the onion, the tomatoes, the peppers (washed and chopped) two spoons of soy sauce and a little salt. Let it simmer for a few minutes and then add the milk, 4 spoons of breadcrumbs and a little cumin. Allow to cook on the heat for another 10 minutes.

    Serve accompanied by the tender millet
