  • Ingredients

    Ingredients: ¼ l of oil 1 l of water 1 dl white wine 2 kg of suckling lamb 1 head of garlic Salt Nutmeg

  • Preparation

    Clean the lamb thoroughly, removing any traces of fat and chop.Place in a pan and cover with water, adding salt.Halfway through the cooking time, remove any scum from the broth and add the oil, chopped onion, tomatoes, white wine and nutmeg and leave to cook for an hour and a half. Remove from the flame once all the water has evaporated.

    Serve with fried potatoes.
