Ingredients: Flour 6 eggs 600g of sugar 1 cup of liqueur 400g of butter 1 spoonful of ground cinnamon
Beat the butter strongly in a deep receptacle. Add the egg yolks, the liqueur, the sugar, the cinnamon and the flour, pouring it in steadily. Mix all the ingredients until you get a soft dough. Make the perrunillas with floured hands and put them on a baking sheet greased with butter. Beat the egg whites until stiff and put a spoonful on top of each perrunilla. Put them into the oven and remove them when the perrunillas are golden brown.
