Ingredients
Ingredients: 1 kg of sugar 1 kg of lard 4 eggs 1 grated lemon 1 3/4 kg of flour 1 ½ kg of chicken 3 hard-boiled eggs a little stock from cooking the chicken

Preparation
Spread the flour on table, make a hole in the centre and place the sugar in it, the lard, an egg, and the lemon rind. Work together well and place half the mixture in a tin four centimetres deep. Cook the chicken and, once cooked, de-bone and chop into pieces; add a little stock and with it fill the cake. Place the sliced boiled eggs on top. The other part of the dough mixture is rolled out and used to cover the filling, closing well.Glaze with a beaten egg and place in the oven for about an hour and a half.
