'Maganos encebollados' (Squid with onion)

Ingredients: 600 g of small squid 2 onions 2 green peppers 2 ripe tomatoes 3 garlic cloves 2 sprigs of parsley pepper 20 g of breadcrumbs 1 small glass of white wine oil salt.

Preparation
Clean the squid, taking care that they don't get too wet. Cover with the peeled, chopped garlic cloves.Leave to marinate in the fridge for 8 hours. Place the squid in an earthenware dish and cover with the diced onions, chopped green peppers, chopped parsley and the tomatoes, peeled and grated, without the seeds.Add salt and pepper, sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and drizzle with oil. Leave to cook very slowly, stirring occasionally so that the ingredients mix well. Halfway through the cooking time, add the white wine.When the squid are soft, remove from the flame and leave to stand before serving.
