Ingredients
Ingredients for 6 people: 1kg of green beans 100g of bacon 6 pork ribs 150g of chorizo 1 onion 2 cloves of garlic ½dl. of olive oil salt

Preparation
Preparation: clean the beans of strings and cut them into pieces. Put the bacon, the ribs and the chorizo on to cook in a pot. Add the beans (they must be cooked half an hour before serving). Fry the finely chopped onion and a garlic clove in very hot oil. Add the well-dried beans to the fried mixture and finally the other ingredients. Carefully collect the fat from the pot and add it in the stew. Correct the salt.

Presentation
Put the beans in a deep dish and put the chorizo, bacon etc on top as decoration. You can also add some cooked potatoes.
