Ingredients for 4 people: A very white cauliflower, of about a kilo in weight. Béchamel sauce with a little cheese Spiced mayonnaise Vinaigrette

Preparation
Boil the clean cauliflower, cut into florets, in salted water with a pinch of flour.It can be cooked the day before or while you are preparing the béchamel or any other sauce you wish to use to accompany it.
