Baked scallops

    Ingredients for 4 people: 8 scallops 2 onions breadcrumbs olive oil vinegar salt

  • Preparation

    Open and clean the scallops. Chop the onions and spread them on top of each scallop. Put a few breadcrumbs, a dash of oil, a few drops of vinegar and salt on top. Put into a medium oven for a quarter of an hour. (This is the most natural and authentic way of cooking scallops).

  • Presentation

    Serve two scallops per diner accompanied by white Albariño or another Galician wine.
