Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 people: 6 eggs ½kg of flour 1l of milk 1l of chicken stock 1 piece of fatty bacon or butter salt

Preparation
Beat the eggs with the liquids in a large receptacle, adding a pinch of salt and incorporating the flour until it is well mixed. Allow to rest. Grease a non-stick frying pan with a piece of bacon. Although this is the authentic ingredient, it can be replaced with butter. Put into the frying pan the batter required to cover the bottom. When each filloa has solidified and browned a little, turn it over to brown the other side. Repeat until there is no more mixture.
