Ingredients: A medium-sized loaf of bread from the day before 500g of ripe tomatoes 100g of cured bacon two dried red peppers one onion chicken stock crushed garlic oregano and cumin
Cook the pepper and the cured bacon in a saucepan. Once it has changed colour, add the paprika and the tomato. Fry everything gently in the fat. Then, add the chicken stock and bring to the boil. Next, add the crushed garlic, oregano and cumin. Remove from the heat and add the sliced of bread.
Garnish with a cooked egg and a little parsley.
