Ingredients: ¾kg of fresh sausages ½kg of onion 2 cloves of garlic a bottle of white wine 6-8 black peppercorns 1-2 bay leaves a could of spoons of olive oil
Cook the garlic and the finely chopped onions in a little olive oil. Then add the sausages, the bay leaf and the pepper. Cook a little and cover with wine. Cook over a strong heat for 15-20 minutes or until the wine has evaporated.
