Ingredients: 1/2 litre of oil 1/2 kilo of sugar 1/4 litre of liqueur 1 kilo of flour
Heat the oil and, once it is hot, put in the flour and mix well. Allow to stand until it cools. Once it is cold mix it with the sugar and the liqueur. Roll out the dough on a table until it is about 1 centimetre thick. Then cut it into rounds and bake.
Dust with sugar.
