Ingredients for 4 people: 1 1/2 k of cuttlefish 4 onions 1 leek 1 clove of garlic 1 sprig of parsley

Preparation
Put the chopped onions with the rest of the ingredients into a saucepan to cook. Add a generous glass of white wine and the duly cleaned and stuffed cuttlefish. When they change colour, remove them one by one and set aside. Add the ink to the fried mix and blend. Add the cuttlefish and cook for half an hour.
