'Escalivada' (Roast aubergine and peppers)


  • Ingredients

    Ingredients for 4 people: 4 large aubergines 8 red peppers 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic 1 dl of olive oil Salt

  • Preparation

    Flame grill the aubergines and peppers or roast them in the oven. Peel and remove the stems of the aubergines. Peel and seed the peppers. Cut the vegetables into strips.

  • Presentation

    Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and dress with oil and salt before serving.
