Andalusian stew


  • Ingredients

    Ingredients: 1/2 Kg of chickpeas 1/4 Kg of fava beans 1/4 Kg of pumpkin 200 gm of bacon 200 gm of pork 200 gm of black pudding. 1/4 Kg of chicken 1/4 of mature bacon 1/4 Kg of potatoes

  • Preparation

    Place 1 litre of warm water into a cooking pot and add the chickpeas that have been soaked overnight, the bacon, meat, black pudding and the mature bacon. Allow to boil for an hour. When the chickpeas are tender, add the fava beans, potatoes, pumpkins and allow to cook for a quarter of an hour.
