Ingredients for 4 people: 4 Alcázar cakes (typical sweet sponge cakes) 100g ground cinnamon 400g sugar 1 cinnamon stick Rind of 1 lemon 1l of milk
Put the milk to cook with the cinnamon stick and the lemon rind for 20 minutes. At the end of that time, slowly add the 400g of sugar. Put the Alcázar cakes on a soup plate and tip the cooked milk over them. When they have soaked well, remove them from the plate of milk and dust them with cinnamon.
Keep them in the fridge until it is time to serve them.
