Ingredients
Ingredients for 8 people: 1kg of shark steaks 1 spoonful of sweet paprika 4 or 5 cloves of garlic 1 soup spoon of vinegar 2 kg of onions 1.5 kg of tomatoes 1 red pepper 1 green pepper For the mixture: 1 packet of cumin,vinegar 1 spoonfuls of hot pepper 1 spoonfuls of sweet paprika 1 soup spoonfuls of paprika 4 or 5 cloves of garlic

Preparation
Cook the fish in plenty of new water (they will have been soaking overnight) until they are tender. Prepare a ratatouille in a saucepan or deep frying pan by frying the onions, garlic, peppers and tomatoes; colour with paprika and sprinkle with a spoonfuls of vinegar. Prepare a paste in the mortar with garlic, paprika and hot pepper, with a little vinegar. Mix everything in a pot and allow to cook over a low heat for another 30 minutes.
