Ingredients for 4 people 3 cloves of garlic chopped finely 100 g of sliced bread 1 spoonful of paprika 1/2 dl of oil 2 eggs
Fry the garlic in an earthenware dish. Before they brown, add the bread and sprinkle with paprika. Immediately afterwards, pour in a litre of hot water and add salt. Cook for a quarter of an hour. Before serving, add the beaten eggs one after another so that they coagulate.
