'Caldero de pescado' (fish stew)

    Ingredients: Fish (anglerfish, redfish, red gurnard...) Tomatoes Spicy red peppers Garlic Parsley Peppers A pinch of white pepper Potatoes

  • Preparation

    Gently fry the garlic, spicy red peppers and parsley;then remove and put to one side in a mortar; gently fry the peppers and tomatoes in the same oil, remove and purée and then add the potatoes, sauté and add the purée;bring to the boil and add water.Then add the fish and cook until the potato is ready.
