Ingredients: 1 chicken weighing a kilo and a half 1 cup of sugar 1 Kg of onions Ground cinnamon Half a glass of oil 100 gm of almonds Salt, spices 1 Kg of noodles 100 gm of Corinthian raisins Parsley 100 gm of plums 1 clove of garlic
Clean and chop the chicken into pieces. Place half a glass of oil, the chicken, chopped parsley and garlic, spices and salt into a pan. All these ingredients are sautéed, and once sautéed, add 1/2 litre of water and allow to cook. PREPARATION OF THE SWEET SAUCE: Chop the onion and fry lightly so that it doesn't burn, and once golden, add the Corinthian raisins, 3 spoonfuls of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Separately, steam the plums sprinkled with sugar. PREPARATION OF THE NOODLESWhile the pressure-cooker is boiling, put the noodles into a large pot and soak in olive oil; when they are well soaked place in the pressure-cooker's lid with holes and allow to steam for 10 minutes. After this time, remove them and put them back into the bowl and sprinkle them with a glass of water, this action should be repeated 3 or 4 times.
Once the noodles are ready, put them into a large dish. Place the already prepared chicken on it with the sweet sauce, and then garnish the dish with the plums and almonds.
