Galician 'Pote'


  • Ingredients

    Ingredients: 150g of pork shoulder 150g of pork rib 150g of bacon 250g of white beans 300g of potatoes 1 cabbage oil salt

  • Preparation

    Put the beans (soaked overnight), pork shoulder, rib, bacon and a dash of oil in a pot with three litres of salted water. When it has simmered for an hour, add the cabbage, cut into pieces. After ten minutes, add the potatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces, allowing it to simmer until it is ready.
