Pears in wine

  • Ingredients

    Ingredients for 4 people: 4 pears 2 glasses of red wine 1 glass of water 4 spoonfuls of sugar 1 stick of cinnamon

  • Preparation

    Put the peeled pears in a saucepan and add 2 parts of wine to one of water and the cinnamon stick. Bring to the boil and allow to cook until the pears are soft. Put in the sugar and cook for another 10 minutes.

  • Presentation

    Serve hot or cold.
