Peach in wine


  • Ingredients

    Ingredients for 4 people: 6 peaches, 200g of sugar, 2 litres of red wine, 2 sticks of cinnamon and peel of 2 lemons.

  • Preparation

    Peel and cut up the peaches. Arrange the peaches in an earthenware dish with the wine, the sugar, the lemon peel and the cinnamon. Allow to marinate in the fridge for at least three hours.

  • Presentation

    Serve cold.
