    Ingredients for 4 people: 300g of dry biscuits 2 spoonfuls of sugar 100g of butter For the filling: 225g of cream cheese 75g of flour 2 eggs ¼l of cream the grated rind of 1 lemon 140g of sugar To DECORATE: ¼kg of strawberries

  • Preparation

    Grease a round mould 24cm in diameter with butter. Crush the biscuits with a fork in a bowl and mix them with the sugar and the remaining butter at room temperature cut into four pieces . Cover the base of the mould with this mixture, pressing it down with your fingers. Put in an oven preheated to 175ºC for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Beat the cheese with the sugar until it disappears, add the eggs, the flour and the lemon and continue beating. add the cream and mix well. Fill the mould and put in the oven at 200ºC for 45 to 50 minutes. Turn off the oven. Allow to cool in the oven. Turn out, decorate with the strawberries and serve.
