Ingredients: 1 large tender borage plant 3 spoons of oil 2 cloves of garlic 1 egg 1 spoon of breadcrumbs salt
Clean the borage well and cut the leaves and stalks into small pieces. Cook in water with salt. When they are perfectly cooked, drain. Meanwhile, fry the garlic in oil until it is brown. Cook the borage in the same oil for a while. Afterwards, season to taste and mix with a lightly beaten egg. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and put in the oven until they are golden.
