Fuerteventura - L’Arco et les Grottes

This easy hike will give you the opportunity to get closer to the world of hiking and the nature of Fuerteventura by visiting the protected area of Ajuy’s Natural Monument. At the same time you will be able to discover this fishing village, very important in the past, its natural caves surrounded by legends and the impressive arch of “Jurado”.After our guide picks you up from your accommodation at the appointed time, we will go to Ajuy, where the starting point of the route is located. We will start our route in the village ravine, a place of geological and historical importance.Walking up an easy path, we will reach the Playa del Jurado, where the force of nature has created a natural arch by eroding the volcanic rocks.Then, following the cliff, we will go towards the caves of volcanic origin. The route will end at the sandy black beach. After a rest and a few photos, we will return to the accommodation.
