Ingredients: 1 kg of lobster ½ glass of olive oil 2 cloves of garlic 1 bay leaf 1 splash of brandy ¾ kg of onion almonds garlic parsley for the stock: ½ kg fish soup 1 medium-sized onion 2 tomatoes 1 small red pepper.
