  • Ingredients

    Ingredients: 400 gr. shoulder of pork, 400 gr. chosco (typical cured meat (pork) from Asturias), 200 gr. fabes (white beans), 1.5 kg. potatoes, 2 chorizos (sausages), 2 morcillas (blood pudding), 1 ham bone, 500 gr. cabbage, salt.

  • Preparation

    Place the beans, pork shoulder and ham to soak the day before. The following day, boil all the ingredients in a casserole, except the cabbage and potatoes. Finely chop the cabbage, boil separately, drain and place in the main casserole. Add the potatoes (peeled, washed and quartered) after one hour, and simmer everything together for half an hour. Finally, add the salt. This dish can be presented in two different ways: either all together in the same dish, or otherwise in one dish with the beans, cabbage and potatoes, and another with the chosco, pork shoulder, morcillas, chorizo sausages and the ham bone separately.
