Advice for travelling safely

Tourist Office of Spain in Sao Paulo (Brazil)

Due to the measures taken by the Government of São Paulo to slow the spread of COVID-19, the staff of the Spanish Tourist Office in Brazil is responding to all requests for information while working from home. This may mean our response time will be a little slower, and we may have limited access to documentation and email accounts. However, from 15 June, the staff of the Spanish Tourist Office in Brazil will start to attend to visitors in person, in a gradual and restricted way, for certain hours of the day and with flexible opening hours, taking into account the hygienic and health protocols for the reopening of offices approved by the São Paulo State Government and city hall, as well as the regulations laid down by the ministerial Resolution of the Deputy Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, approving instructions for the gradual reincorporation of employees of the Ministry and its autonomous bodies, with the objective of approving the plan for a transition to a new normality, always prioritising the workplace health and safety of its staff. The return to face-to-face normality will be subject to compliance with local instructions for control of the pandemic and for which we ask for your patience and understanding during our due diligence process in order to answer and respond to requests for information during this period of transition.
