Due to the measures taken by the Government of São Paulo to slow the spread of COVID-19, the staff of the Spanish Tourist Office in Brazil are largely responding to requests for information while working from home. This may mean our response time is a little slower, and we may have more limited access to documentation and email accounts. However, the staff of the Spanish Tourist Office in São Paulo is now in the office from time to time each week for a few hours a day with a flexible schedule, in accordance with the health protocols for opening offices approved by the São Paulo State Government and local council, always prioritising the health and safety of the staff in the workplace. There is currently no fixed date for returning to the pre-pandemic full-time opening hours. The return to face-to-face normality will be subject to local instructions for vaccination and control of the pandemic. We ask for your understanding and patience during our due diligence process in order to answer and fulfil requests for information during this transition period.Due to the measures taken by the Government of São Paulo to slow the spread of COVID-19, the staff of the Spanish Tourist Office in Brazil is responding to all requests for information while working from home. This may mean our response time is a little slower, and we may have limited access to documentation and email accounts.However, from 15 June, the staff of the Spanish Tourist Office in Brazil will start to attend to visitors in person, in a gradual and restricted way, for a few hours a day and with flexible opening hours. This will always be in accordance with the hygiene and health protocols for the reopening of offices approved by the São Paulo State Government and local council, as well as the regulations laid down by the ministerial Resolution of the Deputy Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, approving instructions for the gradual reincorporation of employees of the Ministry and its autonomous bodies, with the objective of approving the plan for a transition to a new normality, always prioritising the health and safety of the staff in the workplace. The return to face-to-face normality will be subject to compliance with local instructions for control of the pandemic and for which we ask for your patience and understanding during our due diligence process in order to answer and respond to requests for information during this period of transition.
