The cheese factory " Brañas de Liebana" is located in Perdes, in the heart of the Picos de Europa and has been recognized internationally, as two varieties of cheeses (cow and smoking) have won an award that only the finest producers are destined to get, being selected for international Iberia flights to America after a rigorous tasting.
