Ingredients: 1 Kg of grouper, sea bass or lemon sole 2 chilli of sweet peppers (optional) 2 tomatoes 6 cloves of garlic 1 Sprig of coriander 1/2 glass of oil Salt and pepper
Clean the fish well, removing the skin and cutting into large chunks. Season with salt and pepper. Chop the garlic and coriander and sprinkle over. Put the oil, pieces of pepper and the peeled and cut tomatoes into a saucepan. After seasoning the fish, place it with the other ingredients and barely cover it with water. Cook on a low heat until all the water is absorbed.
