Gratias is a family-owned and artisanal winery whose project focuses on the sustainable recovery of local grape varieties, such as *Coloraillo* or Pintaillo, which are in danger of extinction.We are located in the Hoces del Cabriel (Manchuela), a region declared a Biosphere Reserve. This area connects the Valencian Community with Castilla La Mancha. It has a distinctly Mediterranean character, as the landscape is dominated by pine trees, rosemary, and thyme.A journey through the region of La Manchuela and its landscapes offers a unique experience through wine and gastronomy.
