It is a centre open to the public, offering cultural, educational and participatory activities focusing on some of today’s greatest challenges. Artists, chefs, farmers, researchers, entrepreneurs and social groups find here a place where they can share experiences, develop projects and come up with different ways of interpreting the world around us. 

Supported by the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation, the centre promotes dialogue between culture and sustainable food through workshops, meetings, exhibitions and idea labs, offering a wide-ranging programme of events. 

More than just a cultural centre, it is a meeting place where knowledge is shared, disciplines intertwine and new forms of collaboration emerge between them all. A dynamic space that turns creativity and participation into tools for imagining the future.
