The Casa de Pilatos is considered the best Andalusian noble building and a fabulous example of 16th century Sevillian architecture. It is a palace where different styles come together to form a unique space in Andalusia: Gothic, Mudejar, Renaissance and Romanticism.The palace was built in 1483, at the initiative of Pedro Enríquez (Adelantado Mayor of Andalusia) and his wife Catalina de Ribera. It was the residence of the Dukes of Medinaceli and headquarters of the Casa Ducal de Medinaceli Foundation, which is dedicated to the management of a historic-artistic heritage scattered throughout Spain.Thanks to this guided tour you will know the history and how the different architectural styles are supposed in this palace house.
