Cooking traditional dishes from La Mancha
La Mancha cuisine is characterized by game dishes, homemade stews, Manchego lamb dishes and numerous specialties such as Gachas Manchegas, Migas Manchegas, Pisto Manchego, Asadillo, and many more.We propose an experience to discover our gastronomy, our products and the essence of traditional La Mancha life.We invite you to spend a day full of culture and cuisine in the Campo de Montiel. We will discover Villanueva de los Infantes, National Historic-Artistic Itinerary:During the morning we will meet some local producers of extra virgin olive oils, Manchego Cheese, Valdepeñas wines, pea flour...
