Mostillo (must with flour and nuts)
Ingredients for 4 people: 400cl concentrated must 4 soup spoons of flour 25g of raw, unpeeled almonds 25g of nuts 10g of pine nuts whole aniseed the dried peel of 1 orange
Dissolve the flour into the must while cold. Once it is properly dissolved, put the casserole dish on the heat and add the nuts cut into pieces, the whole aniseed and the orange peel (in very small pieces. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon.
