In Spain in July it’s the time of the celebrations that the writer Ernest Hemingway made famous all over the world: San Fermín, the Running of the Bulls. 25 July is another key date on this month’s festival calendar: this is when the Fiestas de Santiago Apóstol fill the streets of the city of Santiago de Compostela with music, shows, and cultural events.
