Petrer Castle

Preserves its double-walled enclosure structure. It is situated at the highest point of the city. It was built by the Arabs at the end of the 12th century. The fortress was involved in the revolt of the Muslims in 1256, until Jaime II incorporated it into the Kingdom of Aragon.
