Parish Church of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción (Arenas de San Pedro)

It is in the Late Gothic style of the end of the 14^th century. The façade is the work of Eduardo Martínez Vázquez and the sides of Padre Ibáñez (1966). It still has its original Gothic pulpit and a 16^th-century gate. Behind it is the church organ (18^th century). On a side altar is the image of the patron saint of the town, the Virgin of Pilar de Arenas.
