It is in the Late Gothic style of the end of the 14th century. The façade is the work of Eduardo Martínez Vázquez and the sides of Padre Ibáñez (1966). It still has its original Gothic pulpit and a 16th-century gate. Behind it is the church organ (18th century). On a side altar is the image of the patron saint of the town, the Virgin of Pilar de Arenas.
