Fundación MOP - The MOP Foundation

This institution, founded by the cultural patron Marta Ortega Pérez, is dedicated to promoting and raising awareness of the arts, showcasing the work of leading international fashion photographers.

Situated in a converted former port complex, it is a major attraction for visitors from both home and abroad. They come to see its major retrospectives dedicated to the great masters of the genre. Notable figures in this field include Peter Lindbergh, Steven Meisel, Helmut Newton, Irving Penn, David Bailey, Annie Leibovitz and Paolo Roversi.  At the same time, the foundation runs educational programmes and workshops designed to nurture young talent. There are also meetings with other leading creatives from the world of design and fashion, as well as with prominent literary figures.
