Valderejo Nature Reserve is situated in the province of Álava. The uniqueness of this open space resides in the diversity of its flora and fauna.

Few people live near the Nature Reserve. In this sense, the area is practically unpopulated or abandoned, just like the towns of Vilalmardones and Ribera.
