Castillo de Las Guardas Animal Reserve

Around 1,000 animals from over 100 species living in semi-freedom in a circuit that can be done in your own car, and in which some of the animals approach you to be fed.

You can either tour the reserve in your own vehicle or in a motorised train. You'll see how many of the animals come up close and you can even feed them. The fauna living in the park include rhinoceroses, hippopotamuses, dromedaries, lions, tigers, elephants, emus… in addition to birds of prey which can be seen in a special show. What's more there's also an area where children can pet smaller animals like hares, dwarf goats, an American stork… During the tour you'll come across life-size reproductions of dinosaurs.
