Windsurfing: Grand Slam Tenerife El Médano 2025

More than 160 professional windsurfers of some 20 nationalities will gather at Tenerife to compete in this essential event in the international calendar of the Professional Windsurfing Association (PWA).

The competition will be held at Playa El Cabezo, in El Médano, Granadilla de Abona, an iconic windsurfing location worldwide. Thanks to its constant wind conditions, quality waves and privileged natural environment, it is an ideal setting for high-level events and a regular training ground for international windsurfers. The event includes the Wave and Slalom X disciplines and there is also a parallel schedule of exciting events, including exhibitions and educational and environmental awareness-raising activities.
