The María Cristina Masaveu Peterson Foundation's centre in Madrid offers the opportunity to get to know its space dedicated to urban art and to delve into the work of some of its main references through free guided tours.
Along the route, visitors can discover the work of internationally renowned artists such as Banksy, Keith Haring, Yayoi Kusama and Kaï, as well as the creations of established and emerging Spanish figures such as Okuda, Edgar Plans, Iván Montaña and Inés Figaredo. These pieces are joined by four other projects created under the aegis of the Foundation’s patronage and designed specifically for this space by Estudio Pedrita, Juan Díaz-Faes and Queen Andrea. An initiative that allows us to understand how this artistic manifestation of our time has evolved to become part of museums, exhibitions and galleries, maintaining its capacity to surprise and connect with all kinds of audiences.
