Autumn is synonymous with mushrooms and the delicious dishes made with them. This gastronomic event allows you to enjoy these delicacies of nature every November in the region of , which has an enormous tradition of mushroom foraging.

The Buscasetas Mushroom Foraging Days have been held since 2001, for two weeks, simultaneously in restaurants and eateries in all the provinces of Castile and Leon. It's a culinary event that stands out for the vast territory it covers, the number of establishments involved (more than 120), and the number of recipes and dining guests.
